I forgot my username. Or my password. Or both. What now?
Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account For security purposes you will have to call our 800 number for account verification.
As for the password, you can click the “Forgot My Password” link and the verified phone number you have on file will recieve an code to help rest your password.
Does my location always stay on?
On the Client side, YES but it DOES NOT give anyone access to your location at any point unless you request a service and enter a specfic location.
On the Provider side YES, but we have an installed a safety fea
What happens after I submit an order?
Your order is sent to the Provider as soon as you hit the button. The Provider then recieves a notification to either Approve or Reject your Request
How would i know if my request has been accepted?
After you send your request you can go click the "BACK HOME" BUTTON and give the Provider a opportunity to accept or reject your Request.
To check on the status of your appoinment go to your settings and click on "Appointment Request"
If your request has been accepted click on "APPOINMENTS" in your settings menu and if accepted you will see your approved request in the Confirmed section of your appoinment
How Are providers Paid For Deliveries With mobii Market Shop?
Moverz earnings, or fares, consist of base pay for each delivery and 100% of tips. Moverz also get Mobii Benefits on top of that when applicable, plus additional pay opportunities from active Promotions. Learn more.
How Much Do Providers Make Delivering With Mobii Market Shop?
What a Mover earns is base price of the service they accept, where they are traveling from and to and how often they deliver.
Pay includes

How Do I Set Up A Bank Account For My Earnings moving With mobii?
WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR BANK INFORMATION !!!
You’ll be prompted to add your Zelle / Paypal infomation during the signup process to start moving with Mobii so that you can receive your earnings with direct deposit.
Can I Change My Bank Account Details After I Start Moving With mobii?
Yes. You can update your method of payment for direct deposit or Fast Pay (U.S. only) after you sign up, or access no-fee daily direct deposits for U.S. Dashers with DasherDirect.
Do I Need A Bank Account To move with mobii?
Many Moverz use a bank account to deposit their earnings.We ask that Moverz have either Zelle or PayPal to avoid any potential issues having access to that information.
Does Mobii Market Shop Pay providers Earnings Daily? What Is Instant Pay?
Moverz are paid out their earnings as per request on any service or item provided no less than 48 hours of said request so that we may handle any potential money back issues. This process; via a secured direct deposit to their personal bank account. Movers in the U.S. can also withdraw their earnings once daily with Instant Pay for a $2.50 fee.
How Do Tips Work? Do providers Receive Their Full Tip?
Every cent that a customer tips on a delivery goes to the Mover who delivered the order
Do providers Get Bonuses For Delivering With Mobii Market Shop ?
As a Provider moving with Mobii Stylez, you'll often see Promotions in your Dasher app, which are extra ways to earn more. You can find Dasher Promotions by tapping ‘Promos’ in the Dasher app.
What if I don’t receive an order confirmation ?
Unfortunately if you don't receive an order confirmation that means the Provider has either not accepted yet or has rejected your Request.
How do I change or cancel an order after I’ve placed it?
After you have placed your Request and it has been Accepted both Provider's and Clients have 2 hours before your Appointment to Cancel appoinment without a penalty fee. To Change your appoinment please text or call Provider through our app and coordinate the change with them
Something is wrong with my item / service. What do I do?
If the Client and Provider are in the middle of the transaction and there is a dispute over the service or product delivered, then the Emergency Button can be activated and both Provider and Client will recieve a call from our desculation team to mediate the matter. All other circumstances please conatct Customer Support at support@mobiistylez.com
How do I browse providers near me?
Make sure your location is turned on in your settings. The search results will be tailored to your immediate area of a radius of 2 miles. that deliver to that address or providers that are within a reasonable distance offering pickup.
So, what’s it cost to use mobii Market Shop?
Grubhub is free to use. You’ll have to pay for the food and, if you opt for delivery, you may notice that the restaurant charges a fee for delivery. In that case, the fee is set by the restaurant or the delivery service the restaurant utilizes and would apply even if you placed your order by phone.
What are star ratings?
Moverz can earn and maintain good ratings by following delivery instructions and handling deliveries and services with care.
Where did these providers ratings come from?
From the Mobii Stylez Clients who have used our app and would like to rate the quality of service they have recieved.
You can leave your review of a Provider's work by commenting on their post so other potential Clients can see
All post are monitored for abusive, threatening or inappropriate behavior. So let's be Respectful & Considerate
3.5 stars or better
We attempt to maintain and uphold a sense of quality and standard with our Moverz and encourage our Moverz to maintain a rating of 3.5 or more. Anything less than that Mover will be placed on a 30 day probation period. If rating does not improve then Mover will be Cashed out and removed from the app
How does ordering for On-site pickup work?
It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the “delivery” part. Instead, enter the address of the location you want to visit, the Provider will let you know when they are ready to service you and you’ll move to your appoinment location. Please have an ID when picking up products.
How does Mobii stylez help keep my account secure?
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and care about the security of your Mobii Stylez account. We occasionally email Provider's & Clients to encourage them to reset their account passwords as a precautionary measure for security risks not associated with Mobii Stylez. There are a number of different reasons why one of these proactive emails would be triggered, including username and password breaches at other companies, phishing schemes, logging into insecure sites from public Wi-Fi, and malware attacks.
What should I do if I suspect that there is fraudulent or suspicious activity on my account?
We take fraud incredibly seriously at Mobii Stylez. If you notice suspicious charges or unauthorized account activity, please contact us immediately through one of the contact methods found here so that we can investigate.
How do you recommend I keep my Mobii Stylez account secure?

Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Consider employing a password manager through your browser or a third-party provider.

Where can I access the Emergency button in the mobii stylez app?
The Emergency Button is a feature we installed to give our Clients real time assistance being that we are being introduced into each others safe space. Once the Provider clicks the "Reached Location" button a "Start Job" screen {Client side} & an Acknowledment screen {Provider Side} will appear as well a bright green button at the top right of your screen. Once activated both parties will get a call from our desculation team or if necessary the proper authorities will be contacted.
How does the mobii Bonus benefit work?
The Mobii Bonus Benefits gives Moverz room and an added incentive for our Moverz to earn as much as possible within the day.

If the issue is after the service or item has been delivered then please contact us at support@mobiisylez.com. If the issue has occured in the midddle of a Job please notify us through the Emergency button.
